Our professional staff consists of full-time appraisers, supported
by research, editorial, administrative and production personnel
trained to assist in the efficient completion of an assignment.
The members of the appraisal staff either hold advanced degrees and
professional designations (e.g., MAI and CRE) or are in the process
of earning them. In the pursuit and achievement of these professional
and educational awards, the staff has accumulated valuable experience
in banking, real estate management, appraising, counseling, lending,
data research, market analysis and real estate oriented problem solving.
The size of our support and professional staffs affords us the ability
to handle complex assignments, yet allows us to provide and maintain a personal client
association. The growth enjoyed by the company since its formation
in 1985 has been controlled and planned to insure that the quality
of our services has not been compromised for the sake of growth.
